Live your best life
How the right nutrition can
transform your hormonal health
Does every month bring heavy or irregular periods, debilitating cramps and migraines that wipe you out?
Are you trying to have a baby and worried it’s not as easy as it should be?
Are you putting on weight even though your diet hasn’t changed?
Are you feeling tired and struggling to cope with hot flashes and brain fog?
You’re not alone
Throughout our reproductive lives, women deal with symptoms that govern our wellbeing, our relationships, our careers and our families.
We’re not the only ones affected. 5.6 million working days per year are estimated to be lost to the complications of heavy periods, a cost to the economy of £531 million. Menopause alone accounts for 14 million days off work.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Evidence shows that the food we eat can resolve the hormonal imbalances that cause many of the problems we experience during puberty, menstruation, conception, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.
The solution can be as simple as fixing your nutrition first.

Food as medicine
We are used to the concept of food as fuel, not realising it also plays a huge role in healing and treating common conditions.
Poor health is often the result of a diet low in nutritional value. Reversing that can be transformational.
GPs are often our first port of call, but doctors in the UK get less than half a day of lectures in nutrition as part of their medical training.
It’s no wonder the only options so many women are offered is the contraceptive pill and HRT, or to start expensive and invasive IVF treatment. But better nutrition could be the answer.
Who are we?
Yvonne Parker and Danielle McCarthy are trained healthcare professionals with more than 30 years’ combined experience. We worked as a research scientist and a clinical practitioner with a specific focus on women’s reproductive health.
Our professional journeys led us both to the same conclusion: good nutrition is the missing key to hormonal health.
Equally importantly, we’ve both been where you are. We’ve both experienced challenging reproductive journeys.
We’ve suffered in silence, felt ashamed and embarrassed, missed out on activities and felt forced to cancel plans.
We’ve tried medication and supplements before discovering the life-changing benefits of the right nutrition.
Our personal experience has given us a deep understanding and empathy with women who are in a similar position, whatever life stage you’re at: post-puberty, pre- or post-pregnancy, perimenopause or menopause.
The right nutrition has worked for us and countless other women. It could work for you too.
